In addition to cooking workshops for groups, we also offer cooking classes for smaller groups or by individual registration. cooking course is aimed at the avid hobby chef and people who want to know specifically about cooking techniques or special dishes.

Cooking class for beginners Amsterdam

In principle, cooking classes for beginners in particular are very similar to the cooking workshops we offer. See the cooking workshop page for more information about the themes and locations.

We usually work with a well-known cuisine, such as Italian or tapas main courseIn a beginners' course, we create a 4- or 5-course menu. You'll learn how to make pasta and a delicious basic sauce. You'll also explore several other classic dishes like Vitello Tonnato, Saltimbocca, and Tiramisu. A course provides more in-depth instruction than a cooking workshop, especially because it's more difficult to delve into the subject matter for a company outing with a group of 20 or more people. With a cooking course, you'll receive more individual attention and be able to ask more specific questions. So, you'll gain more culinary knowledge!

Don't forget that it's also possible to take a workshop with a company or group of up to 15 people. Learning to cook together with a course is also a fantastic company outing!

Cooking class by registration

In the windows at the top right, you'll find a number of dates on which you can register for a one-time cooking course. The course may go ahead depending on the number of registrations. If there are fewer than eight registrations, we'll move the date to the following month. We change the theme every three or four months.
